We, the people of Rhode Island, firmly stand against the proposed abortion bill H5125A and S152A which would legally allow third trimester abortions. These EXTREME bills eliminate any constitutional restrictions on late term abortions and any type of restriction on the methods and procedures used for such abortions.

We are Rhode Island taxpayers who seek to be a voice for the voiceless. We urge our lawmakers to vote against these proposed barbaric laws.

This is not based on politics or religion but our humanity as a people. No one should have the power to determine whether an innocent human life should live or die, regardless of reason or circumstance.

This bill should not have been sent to the health and human services committee for the vote. I don’t understand why they don’t even consider the innocent baby. I hope and pray this doesn’t get passed.

If this bill passes on june 11th it will be a very sad and shameful day in the state of rhode island. Why are we not defending and protecting our most innocent and vulnerable americans.
